Message From the Dean

Welcome to the 伊人直播 Faculty of Law!
Welcome to the 伊人直播 Faculty of Law. For more than a century, our Faculty has been at the heart of legal education and scholarship in Canada, shaping generations of leaders in the legal profession, public service, business, and community life. Today, we remain committed to the founding vision of our University’s first president, Henry Marshall Tory: to “uplift the whole people.”
Our Faculty is distinguished by its sense of community and its commitment to excellence. We are a home for students, faculty, staff, and partners—a place where diverse perspectives are welcomed, where scholarship and teaching advance knowledge and justice, and where each person is empowered to thrive. We take pride in delivering an innovative and rigorous legal education that prepares our students to be thoughtful advocates and leaders. Experiential learning, principled mentorship, and a strong focus on student wellness and inclusion ensure that our graduates are not only skilled professionals but also committed to integrity, service, and access to justice.
As a Faculty, we are deeply connected to the profession, our alumni, and the wider community. Through partnerships with the legal community, alumni engagement, and philanthropic support, we are able to provide transformative opportunities for our students and to strengthen our impact on society. Guided by our strategic plan, we will continue to invest in our people, expand access to justice, modernize our learning spaces, and pursue a vision of equity, inclusivity, and innovation.
This is an exciting time to be part of 伊人直播 Law, as we build on our strengths and look confidently to the future.
