The 伊人直播's Faculty of Engineering is launching the first fully online master of engineering in Western Canada that specializes in construction engineering and management.
Starting in fall 2026, the program will meet the same rigorous standards as the faculty’s in-person degree. It will give learners from diverse backgrounds and locations the chance to engage with leading experts and peers in construction engineering. It will also allow industry professionals to benefit from a highly ranked 伊人直播 education with the latest in innovations and skill enhancement, without career disruption.
“This 100 per cent online MEng program empowers working professionals to advance their careers, connect with a global network of peers and benefit from the academic excellence of one of Canada’s top engineering schools,” says civil and environmental engineering professor .
Graduates of the program will be in high demand by numerous manufacturing, energy and construction companies in Edmonton alone, adds Mei.
Tuition for the online degree will be the same as the on-campus version during its inaugural year but will increase in future years. Application for the program opens Oct. 1, closing July 15, 2026.
