Employer Events

The Career Centre offers a variety of employer events throughout the year. These events are a great way to support your campus recruitment efforts.

During an employer event, you will be able to:

  • Share details about your current openings, hiring practices, workplace culture and future growth opportunities
  • Raise your brand awareness on our campuses
  • Answer questions and debunk myths about your industry or organization
  • Network directly with students and graduates

Host an Employer Event

Hosting an event through the Career Centre demonstrates your interest in recruiting from the 伊人直播 and provides an opportunity to connect directly with 伊人直播 talent.

You can host events online or in-person at:

Booking an Employer Event

To book your event, you will need to submit a request using campusBRIDGE.

  1. Create your campusBRIDGE account if you don’t have one. Check out our quick on how to create an account, and follow the steps to make one in .
  2. Log in to your Employer & Partner account on campusBRIDGE
  3. Click on ‘Employer Event Requests’ in the left menu
  4. Click on ‘Book Your Visit’
  5. Fill in the ‘Create Your Request’ form
  6. Click ‘Next’ at the bottom of the page
  7. Choose one type of Employer Event
  8. Fill in all relevant fields
  9. Click ‘Finish’

Please allow one to two business days for staff to follow up on your request via email.

Booking Policy

Requests for Fall 2025 can be submitted starting July 2 and November 15 for Winter 2026

Please note:

  • Booking is first-come, first-served.
  • No in-person recruitment events are held in December or April through August.
  • We cannot guarantee attendance.
  • We cannot provide attendees’ contact information.
  • Employers are responsible for creating digital and/or printed marketing material.
  • The Career Centre will share marketing material for your event if you provide it on time.
  • Employers must provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) for all events on campus.

Types of Employer Events

Employer Information Sessions

An Employer Information Session is a 90-minute event that is a great way to share information about your organization and recruitment processes while connecting with interested students.

Employer Information Session requests must be submitted a minimum of four (4) weeks before the event to allow sufficient time for coordination and promotion.

In-Person Employer Information Session
  • Hosted in a classroom on any one of our campuses
  • Career Centre staff support setting up the event
  • Pizza can be requested for an additional cost

Booking Price: $350 (+GST)

Virtual Employer Information Session
  • Hosted through the Career Centre’s Zoom platform
  • Career Centre staff support throughout the event with introductions, collecting questions, etc.

Booking Price: $300 (+GST)

Workplace Visits

Hosting an on-site visit for students through the Career Centre showcases your workplace environment and culture. Workplace visits can be hosted at your workplace location in Edmonton or Camrose.

The Career Centre provides support with:

  • Promotion to your target audiences at the 伊人直播
  • Support with the coordination of logistics

Workplace Visit requests must be submitted a minimum of eight weeks before the event to allow sufficient time for coordination and promotion. We can only accommodate a limited number of bookings each term.

Booking Price: $750 (+GST)

Recruitment Event Promotion

Share one of your upcoming recruitment events with 伊人直播 students and graduates! The Career Centre will promote it through:

  • The campusBRIDGE event calendar
  • Our website
  • The Career Centre’s LinkedIn page
  • Relevant campus partners and department contacts
  • This package does not include event coordination or organization.

Recruitment Event Promotion Package requests must be submitted a minimum of three weeks before the event to allow sufficient time for coordination and promotion.

Booking Price: $150 (+GST) non-refundable

Interviews on Campus

Book a room and interview potential candidates at the 伊人直播’s North Campus.

Interview rooms are available:

  • September - April, Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
  • May - August, Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.

Interview room requests must be submitted a minimum of five business days before the event to allow sufficient time for coordination. Book early — space is limited.

Booking Price: $100 (+GST) per room, per day, non-refundable

Custom Events

Don’t see quite what you’re looking for? We can also work with you to create customized events to meet your unique campus recruitment needs.

These events can include:

  • Booking a special venue
  • Tailored catering
  • Employer-specific mixers
  • A customized time frame

All of the options included in the regular Employer Information Sessions are also included in our custom events.

Custom event requests must be submitted a minimum of six weeks before the event to allow sufficient time for coordination and promotion. Only a limited number of custom events are available each semester.

Booking Price: starting at $500 (+GST)
