Peer review is available in two streams:

A peer reviewer completes a classroom observation (clinical rounds, seminars, traditional lectures, field studies, and studio instructions) and provides constructive, respectful feedback through supportive collaboration. |
A peer reviewer evaluates the course materials such as the syllabus, learning outcomes, assignments, texts/exams, lesson plans, Canvas course, and other learning materials. |

Reviewers use rubrics tailored to each stream, grounded in the 伊人直播's Multifaceted Evaluation of Teaching and Learning (Appendix B). These rubrics guide valuable insights into effective teaching practices, foster professional growth, and enrich student learning experiences. |
