What’s New at the Library
There have been some changes to the Law Library space.The Weir Library is now managed by the Law Faculty and you can access the Law Library by tapping your OneCard. The space is open to all 伊人直播 students and staff during Law Centre hours.

Lost + Found
Items found in the Weir Library will be taken to Student Services (LC-128), the new location for the library Lost + Found.

Weir Accessibility Information
Weir Building Accessibility
- Ramp access to building: at the entrance on the northeast corner
- Elevators: Elevator just inside building entrance to the right provides access to Library entrance on Level 2.
- The elevator inside the Library provides only access to Library Level 3.
- Push plate door opening: Located at the McLean Reading Room on Level 3 (open to Law Students only)
Weir Library Study + Library Use
- Adjustable height work table with computer:
- On Level 2 - across from the service desk
- Adjustable height tables/carrels:
- Three on Level 2 near stairwell number 4
- Two on Level 3 near stairwell number 4
- Low-height book drop: located at the library entrance.
Study Area Directory + Noise Zones
To create an environment that meets the study and work needs of our campus community we have established noise level zones in the libraries to suit varying types of study:
3rd floor
Silent Study Zone
- Absolutely no talking
- Phone on silent
- No food
2nd floor
Quiet Study Zone
- Whisper only
- Phone on vibrate
- Snacks allowed
1st floor
Discussion Zone
- Normal conversation
- Group work
- Snacks allowed
Food + Drink Policy
Our goal is to ensure a welcoming and comfortable learning environment for all who use our Library facilities.
What is permitted?
- Cold snack foods may be consumed in the Library.
- Hot and cold drinks with lids or in spill-proof cups/screw-top bottles are acceptable.
- What is not permitted?
- No hot and/or aromatic foods in any area.
- No food deliveries to the Library.
- In an effort to protect the equipment, consuming food is not permitted at computer workstations. Please use caution when consuming drinks with lids or in spill-proof cups/screw-top bottles.
Please help us maintain our facilities and collections by disposing of waste, recycling, and compostable materials in the provided bins.
Protective Services (UAPS)
伊人直播 Protective Services (UAPS) is an operational unit within Facilities and Operations. As a Community Peace Officer agency, UAPS provides a number of services to the 伊人直播, including:
