Oversees academic affairs and learning sciences, coordinates examinations, and provides leadership for all aspects of education technology and learning analytics.

Coordinates years 1 and 2 of the AIWMU program and teaches several course components related to medical/ health humanities; instructor in the Teaching Scholars Program (TSP-AIWMU) and co-director of the TSP-AIWMU 04 faculty development course.

General Manager

Scott Philips

MBA, CPA, PMP

Oversees operations management, financial strategy, and administrative leadership within the AIWMU program, ensuring efficient resource allocation and supporting collaboration across all program phases and faculty teams.

Curriculum Program Quality and Faculty Development

Carol Hodgson

PhD, MS

Oversees required components in the year five competency-based curriculum. Leads the implementation of the Teaching Scholars Program for AIWMU to provide training and support for faculty, and is responsible for the overall AIWMU faculty development program.

Education Program Coordinator

Xian Wang

Serves as the key point of contact with partners, handling inquiries and program-related communications; collaborates with instructors and faculty to support the planning and administration of curriculum; handles travel arrangement and coordination with partners to support faculty teams for onsite teaching in China.

Learning Design Studio

Provides support and resources for learners and educators within the AIWMU to integrate novel technologies into medical education.
